We have many years experience in customer service and retail. Suzeeblu.com was created in July 2012 with the express aim to give cost effective access to Jessicurl Curly Hair Products specifically for clients in Australia, Asia and the South Pacific. We are the original distributor of Jessicurl in Australia. Our resident curly top loves JESSICURL.

SHOPPING: To purchase items simply select the ”ADD to Cart” button next to the item you would like which adds the item to your cart. Items in the cart may be viewed at any time and changed. This is done through the ‘View Cart’ button. When you have finished making purchases follow instructions to the check out which takes you to our secure server for payment. You will receive a copy of your order via email and we ask that you check it thoroughly and notify us immediately if anything is amiss.
PRICES: All our prices are in Australian Dollars. Despite the volatile dollar we strive to maintain the best possible consistent pricing.
STOCK Levels: We endeavour to have enough stock to cover orders at all times. We will contact you if we are unable to fill your order or if we expect a delay. When applicable, discounts only apply to items in stock.
COST OF POSTAGE: estimate of post cost anywhere in Australia. The price includes transit insurance in case the parcel gets lost. If we don't carry that insurance and the parcel gets lost there is no compensation, only an apology. Signature on delivery covers you if your parcel is incorrectly delivered.
For curlies outside Australia please note that many countries now impose import taxes on purchases. Please check with your consulate as to what extra fees you may encounter. Postage charges calculated at checkout do not cover these.
Although postage now varies according to your location we are attempting to maintain the pricing below and are monitoring it.

PICKUP is from a private residence in Mundoolun Queensland. If you choose this option and are not able to pickup we reserve the right to charge transaction cost recovery fees when issuing an invoice or money request to cover postage to your location.
DELIVERY:
We use Australia Post services for deliveries Australia wide as they provide a completely traceable and secure service. Orders placed before Midday (AEST) each working day will be shipped the same day with delivery according to the postage option chosen.
Our domestic parcels include transit insurance and tracking however you will need to select Post with Signature if your parcel cannot safely be left at the premises and mail theft is likely. Transit insurance ceases once the parcel is delivered.
Express Post delivery is overnight for destinations within Australia Post's National Network.
Regular Post delivery is 2 to 10 days.
For delivery of urgent orders please let us know as we may be able to help.
Delays can be expected for delivery to remote areas of Australia but then if you live there you will already be aware of this.
Delivery can be arranged to most international destinations. If your country is not listed please contact us.
TRACK YOUR ORDER:
When your order is shipped we will send you an email notifying you that it has been despatched and provide you with an unique tracking number.
You can then track the delivery of your parcel by visiting the Australia Post Tracking Facility and entering your tracking number.
If you’re not home when Australia Post attempts delivery they may not leave you a card indicating the option for another delivery time or direct you to your local Post Office where you may pick up the parcel. If you have chosen SAFE DROP then you relinquish any rights to compensation should the parcel go missing. We do not encourage "authority to leave" instructions and prefer for items not to be left in a safe place for security purposes.
Australia Post offers an excellent service called MYPOST DELIVERIES which allows you to take control of when and where your precious online orders are delivered.
DAMAGED OR MISSING ORDER: All our parcels are insured for loss or damage in transit. Once an order has been delivered then liability rests entirely with you. If this is of concern then please choose the postage option with Signature. Mail theft is a police matter and will need to be reported to Crimestoppers.
Please note that any issues with orders must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

WHERE IS MY ORDER? This is one question we strive not to hear because we keep you in the loop every step of the way. First thing to do is to insert the tracking number we have emailed you into the Australia Post Tracking Facility. If the facility returns a response of DELIVERED and yet you don't have the order in your hot little hands then the next thing you should do to check with other occupants of your home/work in case they have taken delivery. Check your front porch or near your mailbox. After that, telephone Australia Post on 13POST and register the fact. Email us so that we're aware of the issue. Australia Post will then investigate the matter.If you are transferring funds from a Pay Pal account then make sure it is in your name. Disputed payments via Pay Pal may result in additional fees for debt collection. The transaction will be identified as ADNET shops or ADNET AUDIO INTERNET.
You may prefer to call us with your credit card details. Please note that it is only processed in our ADNET office where details are secure. We have been authorised by Westpac Bank to process phone and mail order credit card payments since 1996. We accept Visa and Mastercard either over the phone.
Credit cards are processed before orders are accepted, to confirm payment has been made due to credit card fraud problems. Credit card fraud can not and will not be tolerated. It undermines the entire growth of the Internet and computer companies worldwide.
CASH: Can be direct deposited into our Westpac Bank account, so if you are more comfortable paying this way and you have a branch in your town then this will be your best option.

Jessicurl Products are developed and manufactured in the USA. The expiry date for all products is 12 months from manufacture. Customers are advised to store products in a cool or room temperature location, close the cap after use, and keep water and other things out of the bottle.
Should you have any concerns with regard to the product or its performance Suzee Blu For Curls will liaise with the manufacturer on your behalf. Please note that any returns will be at your own expense.

I love Spiralicious. I'm 3 years into my curly hair journey and I live in a tropical humid area. This is the first product that has allowed me to air-dry without frizz. I have 2c - 3a curls and thick strands. I love that it came in a sample/travel size which I have committed to purchasing the full size. Meet Jess - the founder and creator of Jessicurl Curly Hair Products. This was her routine:
"I wash it every 3 days with either Jessicurl Gentle Lather Shampoo or Jessicurl Hair Cleansing Cream. To wash, I take a puddle of whichever cleanser I’m using, rub my hands together and smooth it over my hair like I’m putting it in a ponytail. I then massage my scalp all over to produce a lather, and finger comb that lather through the length of my hair. This gets it clean without causing tangles."
"After rinsing really well I condition in the shower with Jessicurl Too Shea! Extra Moisturizing Conditioner, or if my hair feels particularly dry that day, I’ll use the Jessicurl Deep Treatment instead. I wring my hair out really well, put about two handfuls of conditioner in my hair and finger comb it through the length so all the hair is coated. I then put it up in a bun for the rest of my shower so none of it gets rinsed out by accident."
"After about 5 minutes I take it out and gently comb with a wide tooth comb to detangle and get all the shed hairs out. Once it’s all detangled, I rinse upside down to encourage volume at the roots."
"While my hair is still soaking wet (and still upside down) I put a nickel sized dollop of Jessicurl Too Shea!, and a puddle of Jessicurl Rockin’ Ringlets into my palm, rub my hands together and rake that through my hair 4-5 times. (Yes, you can totally use Jessicurl Too Shea! as a leave in – I do it every day! ) I then scrunch (with my head still upside down) about 5-6 times, then scrunch in a puddle of Jessicurl Confident Coils Styling Solution."
"Then I grab my microfiber towel (which of course is hanging by the shower in easy reach) and scrunch with that 7-8 times to soak out the excess water and help the ringlets form better."
"I follow that with one more small puddle of the RR/CCSS combo just so I get enough product in there. "
"I then plunk my curls down into a microfiber towel and leave it on for about 10-15 minutes. This has allowed me to reduce the time I spend blow-drying. It’s basically like scrunching your hair for the length of time you have it on your head. If I leave it on for more than 20 minutes it can start to get frizzy, so 15 is really the max for MY hair. Watch a demonstration video of this technique."
"Next I blow dry using a diffuser on the end of my blow dryer. I use high heat and it takes about 10-15 minutes. When I begin blow-drying I also scrunch the hair to get it to form spirals. I alternate between hanging my head upside down, hanging it over to the left and hanging it over to the right. Once the spirals are formed I don’t scrunch anymore. Instead, I switch to an open palmed motion, gently pushing up a handful of curls. This encourages them to be as tight as mine are able to be. Leaning over while blow-drying and scrunching encourages the curls to separate from one another, resulting in fabulous curl definition. It also really helps with volume at the roots."
"After a few minutes I stop touching it all together and just move the hair dryer around to get it to continue drying. I’m still alternating between upside down, left and right. I then flip my head up to normal and arrange any curls that look weird. I let it continue air-drying for the next hour or so, then scrunch out any crunch I may have. The result is frizz-free curls that last until I go to bed."
